Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us concerning the use of the Service. Any individual guidelines or rules we publish within the Service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Account Registration)

Using the Service requires registration with an email address, Google account or Apple account. You agree to register true and accurate information and to manage your credentials at your own responsibility.

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

The Service provides food inventory management, expiration reminders, AI-powered analysis of images, documents and voice (receipt reading, fridge photo recognition, health checkup document reading, voice input), recipe recommendations, and shared shopping lists.

Features may change without prior notice as the Service is improved.

Article 4 (Free and Paid Plans)

Core features (manual inventory management, expiration reminders, barcode scanning, shopping lists, etc.) are free. AI-powered features are subject to monthly usage limits on the free plan.

Paid plans (Premium: JPY 500/month, Family: JPY 800/month) are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store. The price displayed in the store applies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store account settings. Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
• No pro-rated refunds are provided. Refunds follow the policies of the store operator (Apple).
• The Family plan supports family sharing for up to 5 members.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the Service, you must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Place excessive load on the Service’s servers or networks, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use AI features beyond the scope of normal expected use, such as automated bulk usage
• Decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise analyze the Service
• Impersonate third parties or use another user’s account
• Engage in any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate

Article 6 (AI Features and Accuracy of Information)

Results produced by the Service’s AI analysis (reading of receipts, fridge photos and health checkup documents, recipe recommendations, estimated nutrition information, etc.) are reference information based on machine estimation, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Always verify the original information before making important decisions.

Article 7 (Health Information Disclaimer)

The Service is not a medical device, and information provided by the Service (readings of health checkup results, health-aware recipe suggestions, etc.) is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a physician or other qualified professional regarding health decisions.

Article 8 (Food Safety Disclaimer)

Expiration tracking is an assistive feature based on user input or AI estimation. The final decision on whether food is safe to consume rests with you. We are not liable for damages arising from incorrect expiration information, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or their rightful owners. Content you register in the Service (inventory data, photos, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us the right to use it to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Article 10 (Changes, Suspension and Termination of the Service)

We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, system failure or other unavoidable circumstances. We are not liable for damages caused thereby, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 11 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

If you suffer damages due to our default or tort, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages, capped at the total fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Changes to these Terms)

We may amend these Terms when we deem it necessary. For material changes, we will provide advance notice through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court in the first instance.
